The Cornell Douglas Foundation

Category: Environment

The Foundation, established in 2006, provides small grants to organizations that promote its vision advocating for environmental health and justice; encouraging stewardship of the environment; and furthering respect for sustainability of resources. Areas of interest include environmental health and justice, land conservation, sustainability of resources, environmental education, and visionary design. The Foundation requests an introductory letter of information about the organization before a proposal as well as a one or two-page summary of the project for which funding is requested. Applications are accepted throughout the year. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
