DescriptionThe Foundation supports grassroots charities around the country and in Puerto Rico serving the overlooked needs of women and children. Of special interest are projects that address health, education, and social service needs. New projects created to respond to changing needs are of interest. The Foundation will consider funding original or pioneering projects contained in an existing organization. Preference is given to organizations with operating budgets of $2 million or less, those not dependent upon government grants, and those with greater organizational program costs than personnel costs. Electronic or faxed submissions not accepted. No phone calls or videos.
