DescriptionThe Fund supports independent research on health and social issues and makes grants to improve: health care policy and practice, the quality of health care services, insurance coverage and access to care. A brief online letter of inquiry, no longer than two pages, is requested. Program staff will contact applicants if a proposal is required. The Board meets in July, April, and November.
