DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Company that provides products, programs, and services helping people to celebrate important moments, recognize achievements, and build affiliations. The Foundation focuses its grantmaking on organizations that create strong communities and healthy families and children. Of particular interest are programs that help young people become healthy, productive adults. To avoid situations that could create a conflict of interest, the Foundation does not contribute directly to schools, school districts, school programs, or school foundations. It also does not fund organizations involved in highly political or controversial issues; churches, religious groups, or programs primarily sponsored by religions organizations; recognition or testimonial events; or fund-raising campaigns to eliminate or control specific diseases. Priority is given to organizations where Jostens facilities and employees are located as well as those that involve Jostens employees as volunteers.
