Description

The Foundation supports organizations and programs that promote the care, conservation, treatment, well being, and prevention of cruelty to animals. Grants fund animal welfare efforts that protect endangered and threatened species and reduce homelessness, mistreatment, and euthanasia of companion animals. Under the wild animal category, the Foundation funds national programs. Preference is given to programs and organizations serving New York City and neighboring counties in the companion animal category. Organizations receiving support must not engage in or supply animals for vivisection. JPMorgan is the Foundation’s sole trustee.
