American Legacy Foundation
DescriptionThe Foundation, formed from the multi-state lawsuit against tobacco companies, works to reduce youth tobacco use, reduce exposure to secondhand smoke, increase successful smoking cessation rates, and reduce disparities in access to prevention and cessation services and secondhand smoke exposure on behalf of disadvantaged populations. The Foundation has instituted new application procedures, switching from a rolling application to having two deadlines per application cycle. All applicants are required to submit a letter of intent by the deadline. Selected applicants will be asked to submit a full proposal.
