DescriptionThe Foundation funds sustainable projects in education. In Austin and central Texas, Washington D.C., and the surrounding Maryland/Virginia area. The Foundation interprets “education” broadly. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, adult literacy programs, technology and science education, basic financial literacy, music and arts training, athletics, library services, and special needs students. The Foundation prefers to fund programs and projects where the grant has some form of permanent or leveraged benefit to the receiving organization.
