DescriptionCreated by Milt and Sheila Fine, the Foundation invests in projects that enrich the Pittsburgh region by encouraging arts and culture to thrive and Jewish life to flourish. Since its founding, the Foundation has supported catalytic projects that play a role in making Pittsburgh a model for how philanthropy and the nonprofit community can work towards common goals to strengthen the community. The Foundation intends to sunset its grantmaking with the 2031/2033 award year. While applications are by invitation only, the Foundation does accept inquiries through its Web site.
