Trail Blazers Foundation Fund

DescriptionThe Fund is the philanthropic arm of the Portland, OR-headquartered NBA team. Administered by the Oregon Community Foundation, the Fund supports nonprofits throughout Oregon and southwest Washington that provide programs for youth and families from historically underserved and marginalized communities. Grants are offered through three funding streams - LIVE Greener Grants focused on organizations connecting youth with the environment for education, preservation, and employment; LEARN grants, which focus on organizations supporting youth in their journey to and through high school; and PLAY Grants, which focus on organizations getting kids and their families active.
