DescriptionThe goal of the Organization is to provide the youth of Colorado in grades K-12 with access to musical instruments and instruction. The Organization provides support of up to $10,000 to individuals and organizations to offer innovative and equitable music instruction for youth in Colorado who lack access. Grants cover access to instruments and instruction to students, including music-making technology and fees for providing instruction. Teaching artists, nonprofits, library districts, municipalities, or quasi-governmental entities, creative districts, and music businesses are eligible to apply. Schools and school districts are not eligible. Priority is given to proposals that serve communities throughout the state. Visit the Web site for additional information and application instructions.
