Description

The Foundation is the charitable arm of AAA - The Auto Club Group. The Foundation's grantmaking is focused on the following areas: traffic safety, education, tourism, and community service. Traffic safety grants support programs, research, and initiatives that make roadways safer for all users. Education grants support education initiatives that impact students from Pre-K through college focusing on driver's education, financial literacy, and other areas relevant to AAA initiatives. Tourism grants support research, projects, and programs promoting safe travel within a 14-state territory and beyond. Community service grants focus on the Foundation's priority issues of traffic safety, education, and tourism. Organizations in the following states are eligible to apply: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin, as well as the province of Quebec.
