Youth Fund For Social Change

DescriptionThe Fund, part of the Crossroads Fund, supports youth advocacy and activism projects in the Chicago, IL area. The Fund enables Crossroads to have a targeted role in supporting youth working on social justice issues in their communities. The Fund supports activists who want to change and challenge existing policies and/or organized structures that prevent their communities from achieving equality. Funded projects may cover many areas including community, education and schools, health, environment, incarceration, media, racism, discrimination, voting, and other topics. Youth up to age 26 with an existing project or a concrete new idea on achieving social change are eligible to apply. Visit the Web site for additional information and application instructions.
