DescriptionThe Foundation is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of older Californian's and their caregivers. Since its inception, the Foundation has responded to California's changing demographics by funding initiative-based grants, educational programs, and innovative responses to the emerging and unmet needs of this growing number of older adults. Grantmaking is focused on the Three Ts - teams, training, and technology; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; and Capacity Building. If a prospective applicant is not responding to a particular RFP (request for proposal), the Foundation requests that the applicant contact a program staff member before applying.
