DescriptionThe Foundation was founded by an oil and gas Operator in the rural areas of West Texas. The Foundation seeks to improve the lives of people living in the Permian Basin. The Foundation supports programs and projects in Education, Health, Human Services, Public/Society Benefit, Arts, Culture, Humanities and Religion. Funded initiatives include the Abell Innovation Award, Legacy Scholarships, Students in Philanthropy, Midland Shared Spaces, and Education. Grants are awarded in the 56 counties of West Texas (listed on the Web site). All requests must be submitted online through the application portal.
