Description

The Foundation's mission is to promote positive social change b supporting varied feminist expression in the arts. The Foundation offers two annual grant programs: Artist Enrichment and Art Meets Activism. The Artist Enrichment Grant Program is awarded to female artists who show high artistic quality in their work, are able to demonstrate their commitment to feminism and their understanding of the relationship between art and social change. The Art Meets Activism Grant Program supports feminist artists and organizations in Kentucky to engage individuals and communities in artmaking that directly advances positive social change. The deadline for the Artist Enrichment grant is in the spring while the Art Meets Activism grant deadline is in the fall.
