DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the technology Company. With employees located around the globe, the Company seeks to benefit the communities in which it operates. Grants are awarded in three areas: technology and engineering education; first responder programming; and blended programs that combine both technology and engineering education and public safety education. The Foundation defines first responders as: law enforcement personnel, firefighters, EMT, healthcare professionals, and veterans. Within each area of focus, grants seek to serve underrepresented populations including persons of color and females. Priority is given to programs located in Company locations in the Baltimore area, Chicagoland, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Seattle, South Florida, Southern California, and Vancouver, British Columbia and Westminster, Colorado.
