DescriptionThe Foundation was created by the founder of Leaseway Transportation. The Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life for families and communities in places where O'Neill family members live. Grants are awarded in the following areas: health and well-being, educational success, and homelessness. Grants must be family-focused and serve basic needs. Generally, the Foundation does not fund national organizations. Grants are targeted toward programs and projects in Maryland, Ohio, Washington, DC, and New York, Hawaii, Florida, Texas, and Vermont. Grants are only awarded for programs in specific cities of those states. Information on the particular communities served by the Foundation and application information can be found on the Web site.
