DescriptionThe Foundation is a component fund of the Catholic Community Foundation. The Foundation is accepting applications from Catholic and other nonprofit organizations in the Cleveland, Ohio area. The Foundation will award operating, capital, and program support grants to organizations that serve the poor and needy and/or provide educational opportunities to persons who would otherwise not be able to pursue such opportunities. The Foundation seeks to fund programs with a record of success in making a profound improvement in the lives of disadvantaged members of the Cleveland community. Eligible applicants include social service agencies or nonprofits working in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
