DescriptionThe Foundation supports community programming that helps children, adolescents, and young adults affected by substance use disorders, learning disabilities, mental illness, and intellectual disabilities achieve their full potential. The Foundation also awards grants in capacity building and healthy communities to make a societal impact. Grants are made in the counties of Barnstable, Dukes, Essex, and Nantucket in Massachusetts and the counties of Erie and Niagara in New York.
