National Alliance For Accessible Golf
The Alliance, along with the United States Golf Association, believes that golf should be open to everyone and supports a wide variety of programs that create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate in the sport. The Alliance, created in 2001, is represented by not only the USGA, but other major recreation and therapeutic organizations in the United States. For its grantmaking, the Alliance is particularly interested in applications that demonstrate focus on inclusion of people with disabilities in programs that involve those without disabilities. The ultimate goal of the inclusion programs is to enhance those with disabilities into the fabric of their community. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
