Description

The Trust’s Irving and Yvonne Twining Humber Award for Lifetime Artistic Achievement is given annually to a female visual artist, age 60 or over, in Washington State. The artist must have dedicated 25 years or more of her life to creating art. The award recognizes creative excellence, professional accomplishment, and dedication to the visual arts. Eligible artists must be nominated. Applications require a letter of nomination in addition to materials from the eligible artist. Any United States resident may nominate an artist; however the artist must be a woman who is a Washington State resident. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
