DescriptionThe retail Company supports nonprofits in local Walgreens communities throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Grants are awarded to organizations that focus on access, outreach, and education geared toward health in their communities; pharmacy education programs and mentoring initiatives; civic and community outreach; and emergency and disaster relief. Because health is the Company’s major focus, priority is given to programs that address the health needs of community residents. Application forms and other details can be found on the Web site.
