DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the American Academy of Family Physicians. The Foundation’s Joint Grant Award Program supports research of one - to two-year duration that poses questions of high relevance to Family Medicine. Through the Award program, the Foundation seeks to fund pilot studies, encourage proposals by junior investigators, and fund research of value to the practicing family physician.
