DescriptionThe Foundation, which is administered by the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, awards grants to organizations that provide innovative and sustainable opportunities that inspire growth in the communities where the investment Firm’s employees live and work. Grants will be awarded to nonprofit health and human services organizations based in Kansas City, Mo.; Mountain View, Calif., and New York City. Priority will be given to those organizations where the Firm’s employees are involved as board members, volunteers, and/or donors. Grants will target organizations that provide direct services to individuals and families in need, have a demonstrated impact and success story, and show evidence of strong leadership.
