Description

The Foundation’s mission is to memorialize its benefactor through grants, which enrich the cultural life, education, and environment primarily of the citizens of New Mexico. The Foundation awards grants for initiatives that expand community-based programs related to education, the arts, and the environment. Grants are also awarded to encourage public participation in education, environmental, and art projects as well as to develop or conserve valuable environmental and cultural resources for public use and prosperity. Applications for grants of up to $10,000 must be submitted by Nov. 15; for grants of up to $5,000, applications are due Feb. 15. Matching funds of at least 25 percent of the grant are required. No applications will be accepted if sent via courier services like FedEx, UPS, etc. Some additional information can be found on the Web site.
