Ends 12/15: Society Membership + Nonprofit Quarterly for Just $99/Year

Stuart Foundation

Category: Regional

The Foundation is dedicated to the protection, education, and development of children and youth. Grants are awarded in two areas: education and opportunity for children and youth and vulnerable youth in child welfare. Education grants focus on districts and education systems, education leadership, and teaching and learning. Vulnerable children grants address safety, permanency, well being, educational opportunities, and youth, family, and community engagement. The Foundation partners with selected organizations that develop and disseminate innovative programs and practices, contribute to effective public policy to improve conditions for children and youth, and support and develop the potential of young people. Grants are awarded to nonprofits, programs, and projects making an impact in the states of California and Washington. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
