Innovative Technology Education Fund

DescriptionThe Fund was established to help develop K-12 education models that positively support leading edge ideas, student learning as well as support classroom educators in the greater St. Louis, Mo., region of Illinois and Missouri. The Fund focuses on student achievement, mobile/extended learning, and technology skill development. Special consideration is given to projects bringing innovative learning to the classroom through the integration of technology, the integration of wireless technology in the classroom, applications incorporating the Internet, applications incorporating CLEAR’s 4G mobile service, and K-12 middle school applications. Also of interest are projects involving nontraditional aged students or student learning environments, and projects benefiting students in economically disadvantaged areas. Eligible applicants include K12 public and private schools and nonprofits in the St. Louis area.
