DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the construction Company that built Sun City, Arizona, the first major retirement in the country. It provides direct support to qualified organizations for qualified charitable purposes in the areas of medical services, research, and education. Grants are awarded only to nonprofits operating in the states of Arizona, California, and Nevada. A letter of intent can be found on the Web site.
