The Scott Bader Global Charity Fund

DescriptionThe Fund, the philanthropic arm of a multinational chemical Company, aims to support projects that help young or disadvantaged people, especially anyone suffering deprivation and discrimination. Grants fund projects for vulnerable women and children, the poor and homeless, and minority communities, especially those affected by poverty, a lack of education, malnutrition and disease. The Fund is also interested in community-based, environmental or educational projects. The Fund only considers applications for funding of projects overseas from charities that are registered in the United Kingdom. The deadline is for the Central Fund. Applications for the Local Fund are accepted year-round. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
