DescriptionThe Foundation, part of the Scaife Foundations, concentrates its giving in the Western Pennsylvania area and focuses its grantmaking on programs for historic preservation, civic development, and education. Initial inquiries to the Foundation should be in letter form signed by the organization’s President or authorized representative and have the approval of the board of directors.
