The Jerome Robbins Foundation

Category

: Arts & Culture

Description

The Foundation, named for the world-renowned choreographer of ballets, theater productions, movies, and television, supports dance, theater, and their associative arts. Priority is given to projects in dance and theater. Applications are accepted at any time. It’s recommended that applications for theater and dance be preceded by a DVD or Web link showcasing the work. Because the Foundation previously focused its grantmaking on HIV/AIDS, AIDS-related applications will be considered only for those programs that address HIV and AIDS as the disease impacts artists and the arts, most specifically those in the performing arts. Additional information about Robbins and the Foundation can be found on the Web site.
