DescriptionThe Foundation, organized in 1954, was formed to promote religious, educational, and charitable purposes, particularly in the states of Indiana, Illinois, and Florida. Organizations interested in receiving a grant must provide a summary on no more than two, standard 8½-inch by 11-inch sheets of paper printed in an easily readable font. Summary letters must include the organization’s mission, use of proposed grant funds, amount requested, total project costs, other sources of funding for the proposed project, and description of the organization’s services. Other deadlines include January 10, April 10, July 10, and October 10. Additional information is available on the Web site.
