DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the flexible packaging and pressure-sensitive materials Company. The Company’s philanthropic philosophy is to become involved in the communities in which it operates and to financially support organizations that meet ever-changing community needs and enhance the quality of life in those communities. The Foundation focuses its grantmaking on institutions, programs, and organizations that encourage the development of social welfare and health, educational, and cultural and civic institutions. These organizations should reflect employee volunteerism wherever possible. The Foundation earmarks 50 percent of its giving to social welfare and health; 40 percent to education; and 10 percent to cultural and civic organizations.
