DescriptionThe Club is a multidisciplinary, professional society dedicated to the advancement of field research, scientific exploration, and resource conservation. The Club's Discovery Expeditions Grant Program, a partnership with Discovery, Inc., aligns with The Club's mission. The Program awards grants for fieldwork in biological sciences, archaeology, anthropology, paleontology, earth sciences, ecology, and astronomy, as well as exploratory projects that reveal new knowledge about the planet and its inhabitants, including regions undergoing significant environmental or cultural change. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and the proposed project will be evaluated on its potential to inform and educate a global audience through inspirational storytelling.
