DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the independent provider of home repair service solutions. The Company has helped homeowners protect against the expense and inconvenience of water, sewer, electrical, heating, and cooling home emergencies by managing affordable coverage and offering a quality service. The Foundation's "Caring for Community" grants support nonprofits and local government agencies that aim to help United States communities improve the quality of life for their residents. The Foundation's current grantmaking program provides funding for projects that are intended to enhance local parks and community centers with an emphasis on one or more of the following areas: upgrades to existing facilities to accommodate residents with disabilities, refurbishment or replacement of equipment and facilities to ensure the safety of visitors, improvements to community centers, or spaces aimed at inclusion and/or resident engagement, and the establishment of new projects aimed at uniting communities through shared spaces.
