Description

The Foundation’s Domestic Violence Shelter Grant Program awards grants to organizations in the United States that operate emergency shelters for victims of domestic violence. Grants may be used for the operating budget of the organization although they will not cover staff travel. The Foundation will award a grant to at least one domestic violence shelter in every state. Any remaining funds will be distributed based on state population. Eligible applicants are organizations operating an emergency shelter (immediate overnight housing) for victims of domestic violence.
