Pride Foundation

DescriptionThe Foundation funds organizations that strengthen and serve the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. The Foundation maintains a commitment to funding a wide range of programmatic areas including arts and recreation, education, advocacy, outreach, health and community services, HIV/AIDS education and support, lesbian health, and youth and family services. Projects serving communities of color are especially encouraged. All of the Foundation’s granting decisions are made by volunteers knowledgeable in their community’s needs. The Foundation funds organizations based in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. The Foundation is committed to funding in diverse geographic areas in those states, both urban and rural.
