Pepsi Refresh Project

DescriptionThe soda Company’s Refresh Project, an online grant program funds projects intended to improve communities. Individuals, for profits, and nonprofits post their idea online and then wait to see how many votes they receive. Projects must address one of six categories: health (specifically fostering wellness); arts and culture; food and shelter; neighborhoods; education; and the planet. Applicants must be at least 13 years old and legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia. Up to 1,000 ideas per month are considered. The most popular ideas are awarded grants. Grant amounts range between $5,000 and $250,000. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
