Description

The Foundation, founded by artist and philanthropist Jerome Hill, makes grants to support the creation and production of new artistic works by emerging artists living in Minnesota and New York City. The Foundation supports programs in dance, literature, media, arts, music, theater, performance art, the visual arts, multidisciplinary work, and arts criticism. It also provides financial assistance to nonprofit arts organizations that support emerging creative artists who are residents of Minnesota and New York City. While the Foundation is willing to consider support for organizations of all sizes, it ordinarily supports small and mid-sized organizations. It’s also willing to consider requests from new organizations. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
