Description

The Foundation focuses its grantmaking on organizations that contribute to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual welfare of children through disseminating knowledge about new and innovative programs and/or organizations designed to benefit youth. It also will fund programs that disseminate existing knowledge so that society can more adequately use it. The Foundation’s primary motivation is to assist the children of “this nation.” Grants must have the potential of helping American children in a large geographic area. Funds are never awarded for projects that seek to create or reproduce materials or medium in a language other than English. Applications are mailed to requesting organizations only from April 1 through July 1 during the current year. The deadline is July 15 of the current year.
