Description

The Foundation’s grantmaking committee focuses its funding on the concept of “family,” recognizing it as the oldest, most fundamental, most enduring, and most important of all human institutions. The Foundation will also consider requests for capacity building proposals. These proposals should support activities that enhance the ability of the organization to achieve its mission through strong governance, sound management, and persistent dedication to achieving outcomes. The Foundation has no formal application form. Organizations in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Licking County, Ohio; Baltimore/Annapolis, Md.; Big Island, Hawaii; Bonita Springs/Naples, Fla.; Houston, Texas; New York City, NY; Richmond, Va.; San Francisco, Calif.; and Washington, D.C. are eligible to apply.
