DescriptionThe Bank’s Neighborhood Planning Grants support the development of resident-driven neighborhood plans that take comprehensive approaches to realization. The grants support direct expenses that are essential to the planning process. Funds are designed to support neighborhood plans, not strategic or business plans for the organization. Funding is targeted at projects that meet the following seven criteria: compelling, comprehensive, accountable, collaborative, sustainable, replicable, and inclusive. Organizations in various counties in New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania are eligible to apply. Additional information, including an online grant application, is available on the Web site. No paper applications will be accepted. Some attachments may be forwarded by mail.
