Brick Award

DescriptionThe Award celebrates young people and their efforts to make the world better. By celebrating and spotlighting young “stars” of social change, the Award creates a new breed of role models who aren’t famous for what they wear (or don’t) or who they date. Twelve Award winners will receive $10,000. For winners 18 and under, $5,000 will be awarded in scholarships and $5,000 will be awarded as a grant to support the winner’s project or organization. For winners 19-25, the entire sum will be given as a grant to the winner's project or organization. Four Golden BRICK Award winners will be selected from the group of 12 and will receive an extra $15,000. Additional information including a nomination form is available on the Web site.
