DescriptionThe philanthropic arm of the NBA team, the Foundation seeks to empower young people and invest in community partnerships addressing equity and justice in education, health, and safety in Indiana. Grants are awarded to nonprofits engaging in community work aligned with the Foundation?s mission and areas of interest, including education, health, and safety can apply for grants for short-term or long-term projects. Grants are not awarded for general operating expenses, administrative support, capital campaigns, annual giving campaigns endowments, infrastructure improvements, or event support.
