DescriptionThe Foundation aims to create a better Harrisburg, Penn. community through philanthropy. In response to the recent federal funding instability, the Foundation has released a request for proposals for general operating expenses to ensure essential programming for the community can continue. Applicants must serve nonprofit organizations in the counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry, and/or the Dillsburg area of northern York County.
