DescriptionThe Trust welcomes proposals which target people experiencing multiple deprivation or other groups demonstrably facing major hurdles to employment especially women, people with physical, mental, or learning disabilities, and refugees. Grants are focused on programs and projects that help develop communication skills in people age 18 or older so that they may seek employment and ultimately get a job. Priority is given to projects that are matched by other donors and self-sustainable projects, which aim to be less reliant on grants in the future.
