Four priorities are: Healthy Nutrition, Physical Activity, Youth Development, and Cultural Connections. Funding pathways for national grantmaking include: Strengthening Community Knowledge; Community Health Assessments and Planning; Direct Programming, and Policy, Systems, and Environmental Change.
