DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the student loan Corporation. The Foundation's objective is to create a public education system in New England that lives up to its promise for everybody. Grantmaking encompasses five grant funds: Supporting Organizations Led By People of Color; Advancing Community-School Partnerships; Amplifying Youth Voice; Building Grantee Capacity and Learning; and Strengthening Partnership, Coalitions, and Movements. Each fund is structured to reinforce one another in advancing the Foundation's mission of championing efforts that prioritize community goals, challenge racial inequities, and advance excellent, student-centered public education for all New England youth.
