Description

Named for the heir of the Castle & Cooke Company, at one time the largest producer of fruits and vegetables, the Foundation is one of the largest Hawaii-based private grantmaking organizations. The Foundation focuses its grantmaking on three core areas: Public Education Redesign and Enhancement, Nearshore Marine Resource Conservation, and Strengthening the Communities of Windward Oahu.
