DescriptionThe Foundation?s work is grounded in the simple, yet revolutionary, belief that every person should be able to live safely, openly, and genuinely in all the places we call home. Grants are awarded for projects and programs that directly benefit the LGBTQ community; people affected by HIV/AIDS; and/or their friends and families. Priority is given to organizations based in rural areas and are led by or have the majority of volunteers/staff/participants who are Queer/Trans/Black/Indigenous/People of Color. Eligible organizations must be based in one of the following states: Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Visit the Web site for additional information and application instructions.
